yeah, I agree. I think he/she didn't really explain it properly especially the part where the glowing paint effect was made to the "dude". That part I did on my own and try to get it to look similar. LOL

Well I applied the brush effect the first time and it looked alright, but when it said to duplicate it 3 times and how it magically became more intense etc, I was confused, I tried duplicating the layer different times in different positions etc, but I got bored in the end. =P

At least you managed to get it though!

Cool! for me I did more or less the same thing but I tried to to play around with the opacity of each layer I duplicated so that the brightness doesn't look so exaggerated. :w00t:
